Our rewards program cannot be combined with other promotions including our transfer promotions. The rewards program cannot be transferred from one guest to another guest and it cannot be used to book the same hotel twice in a room.
Generally our transfer promotions is one transfer for one person and cannot be combined with our rewards program.
If you do not wish to keep a reservation you must send us your cancellation request via the above link saying "CANCEL OR AMEND A RESERVATION" or by clicking here. We will not accept any other means of cancelling a booking, including via chat, skype, phone, fax or by sending a standard email.
Failure to follow above procedure will result in you being subject to the conditions described above, so it is imperative that you let us know as early as possible.
Minimum Stay Booking Conditions
On our website we clearly mention the individual hotel's minimum stay requirements for Holiday Periods and Peak Season Periods. If a booking is submitted that does not meet these requirements, we will process the reservation using the details submitted, but further payment will be required in order for the reservation to meet the mininum requirements and this payment will be requested after initial payment has been completed. Failure to pay the second amount will result in complete forfeiture of deposit/payment and be subject to our cancellations terms. No exceptions.
Amending your reservation
Due to the significant work in amending key elements of a reservation, such as check in and check out dates an amendment fee will be applicable for changes to a reservation. Please note the changes in duration of stay or number of rooms fall in under cancellations and not amendments.
When Is A Reservation Binding
Your reservation is binding when you submit your credit card details for authorization. Even if you are initially unable to authorize your card, our system will try again and unless otherwise notified the reservation will be binding and cancellation fees will apply if you wish to cancel.
Please note that we reserve the right to reject any booking, especially those that do not meet minimum requirements or where guest has not selected compulsory options as noted on any of the booking pages.
Once you have submitted your credit card details for authorization or made any kind of payment you are subject to the cancellation policies detailed below.

By making deposit or full payment, you agree that it is your responsibility to inquiry about a hotel's specific policy if you require it. Please request specific policy here using the contact us form.
We advice all our guests to ensure that you sign up for a travel insurance which covers hotel cancellation fees or cases in which there are no refunds. Such insurance is readily available as an option with most insurance companies. In case of island bookings we cannot be responsible for missed boat transfers for any reason. Last minute cancellations are not accepted and no refund in such cases. If we have to pay the hotel, you have to pay us.
All reservations are subject to availability at the time of request.
It is your responsibility to verify that all reservation details are complete and correct prior to making any payment. The Booking Service shall not be responsible for any loss or delay (direct, indirect or consequential) or third party claims (including any cancellation fees) caused by any incorrect or incomplete details in your reservation request.
Making payment through our online payment gateway OR entering your credit card information on the server shall be regarded as your firm confirmation of arrival. Should you fail to fulfill your booking, for all circumstances, the cancellation and no-show policy will be applied.
Hotel room availability has been given to us in good faith. In the event that the hotel or services are not available, The Booking Service shall endeavour to remedy the case by offering alternative services. However, The Booking Service shall not be responsible or become liable in contract or tort for any damage, loss, delay to person or property, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly, indirectly or as a consequence of such issue.
All refunds are subject to above mentioned cancellation terms and conditions. Refunds will be made in the form of a credit entry to your card account only or if payment was made by bank transfer via PAYPAL.
The refund amount shall be confirmed to you before the cancellation transaction is processed. You acknowledge and accept that The Booking Service and its affiliates shall not be liable for, or responsible for any foreign exchange rate risk (exchange rate movements and rate fluctuations) in converting the refund amount to your local currency.
All credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner. The refund process is dependent on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 7 - 31 business days for the proceeds to arrive in your account.
Hotels listed on our portals are chosen by taking into consideration their classification, location and price. The hotel's classification in stars mentioned in our portals is the one stated by the hotel itself and may be changed at anytime.
We have taken every reasonable precaution to ensure that the information is fair and correct at the time of publishing, and the facilities are available as described for each hotel or resort. However as we do not own or control the accommodation, we exclude liability for subsequent alterations and the withdrawal or amendment of facilities.
Please also be aware that the hotels are under renovation from time to time. Hotels take all possible steps to limit disruption to their guests. We cannot accept requests for refunds where a hotel is carrying out renovations whilst a guest is resident.
Check In/Out Time
The check in and check out time varies and depends on the hotel's own policy. In general, check in and check out time is at twelve noon (12:00 PM). However, in some regions, the hotel will only permit check-in from 15:00 or even 16:00 onward and check-out at 10:00. Hotels reserve the right to charge for periods when the room is occupied outside their normal check-in and check-out time.
You understand and agree to adhere to the hotel's own policies on the check-in and check-out time, and release The Booking Service from any claims in relation to it.
Suitability of Hotel
We do not represent that any travel product or service set out on our web site is suitable for you. You release The Booking Service from any claims in relation to the travel products and services described on the web site, including claims that the products or services are not suitable.
Payments & Service Fees
You will require a valid credit card for your reservation. The cardholder must be one of the guests checking-in or must sign our card authorization form and fax this to us within 24 hours. Due to our low hotel rates all transactions are subject to a booking service fee of 3% - 4% of payment value.
Rates & Currencies
Currency conversions are based on approximate exchange rates at the time of booking and should be used for approximate guide only. Please make sure you view the hotel rates in the hotel's currency or the mentioned currency on the booking page for the exact rate.
Extension of stay
Be sure to make your reservation for the full duration of your stay. If you do need to extend your booking after arrival, you will need to contact our Reservations office as the hotel will not offer you these discount prices. (Hotel will charge you full walk-in rates).
Shortening your stay before arrival
Shortening your stay before arriving at the hotel is subject to the cancellation terms as stated above or the hotel's individual terms. If you wish to shorten your stay you must send us the request via the above link saying "CANCEL OR AMEND RESERVATION" or by clicking here. We will not accept any other means of cancelling a booking, including via phone, fax or by sending a standard email.
Shortening your stay after check in
It is standard policy that The Booking Service must pay the hotel or supplier prior to your check in. Therefore in case you need to shorten your stay any refund will only be made if the Hotel or Supplier accept to refund The Booking Service Furthermore you are responsible for contacting us regarding the matter while at the hotel and during business hours, so we can verify that the hotel accepts to refund us.
Please note that any accepted refunds may still have applicable fees.
No Show (Non-use of reservation)
If, for any reason you don’t utilise your reservation and fail to contact us to cancel it, we do not refund any monies pertaining to said booking. The reason for this is that as far as the hotel is concerned the room is booked and they cannot let anyone else occupy it, in case you arrive. Thus the room is held, un-occupied, until they are notified otherwise.
What is your credit card payment procedure and how safe is it?
We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all information. All secure transactions take place on our secure server. All payments are subject to a credit card surcharge.
Unavailability of reservation
Our system generally show all rooms on request basis and once a reservation is placed we will check with the resort or whole saler. From time to time availability can change daily, even hourly and not all resorts actually hold a reservation, therefore in the event that we receive the deposit/payment too late, we reserve the right to cancel your payment/deposit and/or offer alternative accommodation. In the event, that you do not wish to accept an alternative solution we will cancel the payment in full. We strive to solve all reservation problems promptly and dilligently to the guest's satisfaction.
Failure to pay the balance of a booking
If the hotel you have booked requires full pre-payment and initially you only paid a deposit then please take note of the date of which the balance is payable. Failure to pay your balance payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of your deposit. When you login to your account you can see the due date of any balance to be paid and we strive to send reminders. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for missed emails and it is your responsibility to pay the balance regardless of receiving a reminder payment.
It is your responsibility that you are able to receive our emails. We cannot be responsible for missed emails sent from us and not received at your email address. Please ensure that you add our email address to your white/accepted list of emails addresses you wish to receive mail from.
Room Rate Errors
While we strive to ensure that all room rates are correctly entered, errors can from time to time occur. We will work dilligently to fix such as errors as quickly as possible but reserve the right to not honor bookings where an room rate has been wrongly entered. Of course the guest will have the option to cancel the booking or re-book at the correct price.
All fares and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. Such fares, prices, international rates of exchange, government taxes and any other factors outside our control are subject to change, which in turn may affect room rates quoted.
Regardless of a deposit or full payment having been made, any increase in the rates must also be paid by the customer. If such increase is unacceptable, the customer retains the right to cancel his/her booking. However, attention is drawn to the possibility that some cancellation charges may be imposed covering The Booking Service cancellation cost.
Special Events Rates
For some Special Events rates quoted may be above normal rates. Should any Special Events dates change or new Special Events rates apply, we will notify you of such changes and invoice you at the revised rate. Such revised rates may be applied to all bookings, including those made prior to the change. A minimum stay may also be required during the special events
The Special Events include, but are not limited to, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, symposiums, congresses, religious-athletic and artistic events, carnival, local public holidays such as Songkran or Golden Week, Easter, Christmas and New Year.
You should contact us immediately if you have any problems with your reservation upon arrival or during your stay. These claims must be reported while services purchased from The Booking Service are still valid, for remedial action to resolve any problem or irregularity at that time.
All claims must be reported in writing and in every possible detail. Only if such a claim has been lodged will The Booking Service fully investigate and act on any complaint.
Should you fail to report to us the problems or claims within 6 hours from its time of occurrence, it shall be deemed that you agree to release The Booking Service from any damages incurred therefrom.
We cannot accept any responsibility for matters reported to within reasonable time, especially after you have already left the hotel.

Simply select the destination of your choice from the menu and you'll see a selection of hotels that can be sorted by many different factors including type, location, rate, hotel type and so forth. You can also use our Hotel Search function to find your favorite hotel. Type the name of the hotel you're looking for in the search box and our internal search engine will provide results that match your criteria. If we don't have the hotel you are looking for, we'll offer lots of suitable alternatives. The hotels we offer are in the 2-star to 5-star categories. We usually provide photographs of important features such as the exterior, the rooms, dining and recreational facilities. Important amenities and other facilities will be listed on each hotel page. Each hotel's rate page lists our special discounted rates which are all per room, not per person. Then go to our booking form to make your reservaton. Also, be sure to make your reservation for the full duration of your stay. If you do need to extend your stay after arrival, please contact our Customer Service agents so you're not charged the hotel's full rate.
What happens when my reservation is placed?
1) In order to get you the best room we contact the hotel's reservation department and request the room. We do not work with instant confirmation as this often means "run of the house" or the lower quality rooms within the individual hotels.. Even for a specific category there can still be differences in the quality, i.e. a one Superior Room may not be as good as another Superior Room. Even so, we can confirm a reservation within 12-18 hours.
2) If a room is available and you submit your credit card details and agree to the booking conditions on the booking form, then the reservation is confirmed and a hotel voucher will be automatically sent to your e-mail address after fraud verification. The hotel voucher will only be issued after we have received and charged your credit card information. The hotel voucher must be presented upon check-in at the hotel.
Can I make a reservation directly through the hotel?
The rates listed on our websites are only available through our service. Rates offered directly from hotels are 50% - 75% higher.
How long does it take to check if a room is available?
We usually confirm a reservation within 12 hours.
Are your hotel rates per room or per person?
The rates displayed are per room, NOT per person. As a general policy, hotels allow two adults per room and one child under 12 years of age.
What is the hotel policy for children?
Most hotels allow children to stay in the room with parents either with or without an extra bed. The normal hotel policy is not to charge for children if they are under twelve years of age. Some hotels will limit occupancy of a room to two adults and one child. Only a few hotels will have existing bedding for additional children, so an extra bed is usually required. Some hotels will charge for this extra bed.

Why do I need to provide additional documents during the payment process?
In relatively infrequent cases we require additional documents, such as a faxed copy of the credit card, to support a booking. This may occur when the guest name differs from the cardholder; when the acquiring bank for the credit card transaction requires this, when the booking is deemed high value, or when our Fraud Protection program identifies a high-risk transaction.

I have made a payment but my control panel does not show it, why?
If your payment was made within normal business hours, usually the status will be updated very quickly. However, from time to time your account may be updated slower due to many smaller hotels not being open outside normal business hours and on occasion only having one person process their reservations. We will do our best to finalize the booking as soon as possible. We also carefully double check your reservation details to ensure everything is to your satisfaction.
I want to shorten my stay, how?
If you wish to shorten your stay and have not yet made any payment, then simply edit your booking using your control panel, by logging in. If you have already made a payment towards your booking and the booking is confirmed then shortening your stay is considered a partial cancellation and our usual cancellation terms apply. Please see the cancellation tab aboce.
I want to extend my stay, how?
If you wish to extend your stay and have not yet made any payment, then simply edit your booking using your control panel.
If you have already made a deposit payment towards your booking and the booking is confirmed then please email us and we will check availability of your request and add the extra nights for you.
If you have already paid the booking in full, it is easiest to simply make a new booking online from the hotel page.
What if I don't like the hotel when I arrive there?
From time to time perceptions regarding a specific hotel may lead to dissappointment. All the details on our website are supplied by the hotels and as such we cannot be responsible for any inconsistencies nor misconceptions on your part. However, we will of course try to work with the hotel you have booked, to remedy any details you are not satisfied with

If you experience any problem on arrival or during your stay, that you MUST contact us while on location. We CANNOT help you if you consequently contact us with complaints about service, conditions and so forth once you have returned home.
My duration of stay has changed compared to what I ask for when I login, why?
Many hotels require a booking to have a minimum number of nights in order to accept the booking. This is during special events, holiday and peak season periods and so forth. Our reservation staff strive to edit your bookings proactively if during the reservation process the correct number of nights were not chosen.
When I login, the hotel I requested is not the hotel showing in my account, why?
We always strive to offer an alternative hotel or room type if the requested hotel or room is not available. If the alternative we offered you is not suitable, simply ignore our offer or send us an email with other hotels you are interested in.
